How to request deletion

If you want Sumigyan to delete the personal data we hold about you (including data received through WhatsApp or Instagram), send an email to contact@sumigyan.in with:

• Subject: Data deletion request
• Your name
• The WhatsApp number and/or Instagram username you used to contact us

What happens next

• We confirm receipt within 72 hours and may ask you to verify your identity.
• We delete your messages, contact details, lead records and related logs within 30 days.
• Backups containing the data are overwritten within a further 90 days.
• We confirm by email once deletion is complete.

What we may keep

Records we must keep by law (for example invoices and payment records under Indian tax law) and a minimal record of your opt-out so that we do not contact you again. Data held by Meta (WhatsApp or Instagram) is governed by Meta's own policies; you can manage it through your Meta account settings.

Stop messages

To stop receiving WhatsApp messages from us, reply STOP at any time.
